Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

Items must be in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. If a design proof for custom-made items is approved, the sale is final and it is indelible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

Contact our customer support team at info@insureu2.net with your order number, details about the product you wish to return and photos so we are able to better assist your issue.

 

Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

 

  1. Shipping Costs:

 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. 

 

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

  1. Refunds:

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

 

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the refund amount will be the original purchase price minus any shipping fees paid.

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product to report the issue and request an exchange. Exchanges are not eligible if our support team is not contacted within 7 days of the original purchase.
